About This Policy

Wonder Doodle ("we", "our", "app") is a creative AI app designed for children. We take privacy seriously and comply with GDPR, COPPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

Information We Collect

Account data: email address when you sign in with Google
Usage data: drawings, selected styles, generated images/videos
Technical data: device type, OS version, crash reports
Payment data: purchases processed by Google Play — we do not store card details

We do NOT collect:

Location data
Contacts or address book
Camera access (except when you choose to take a photo)

How We Use Your Data

To provide magic transformations and gallery functionality
To manage your wand balance and purchases
To send daily bonus reminders via push notifications (can be disabled in device settings)
To improve app performance and fix bugs

Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following trusted services:

Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, push notifications
Google Play Billing — purchase and subscription management
Replicate — AI image and video generation (drawings are sent for processing and not stored permanently)

Children's Privacy

Wonder Doodle is designed for children under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is stored as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By downloading or using Wonder Doodle, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using the App

Wonder Doodle is a creative AI app for children that transforms drawings into magical images and animations. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Accounts

You can use the app anonymously or sign in with Google
You are responsible for keeping your account secure
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

3. Wands (In-App Currency)

Wands are the in-app currency used to create magic transformations
Wands can be earned (daily bonus) or purchased via Google Play
Purchased wands are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change wand pricing at any time

4. Magic VIP Club Subscription

💎 $9.99 / month

Renews automatically on a monthly basis via Google Play
Subscribers receive 100 wands monthly
Subscribers get no watermark on generated content
Cancel any time in your Google Play account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused subscription periods

5. Watermark

Images and videos created without an active Magic VIP Club subscription will include a "Wonder Doodle" watermark
The watermark is automatically removed for active subscribers

6. User Content

You retain ownership of drawings you create
By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your drawings solely to provide the transformation service
We do not use your drawings to train AI models
Do not submit content that is offensive, illegal, or violates others' rights

7. Intellectual Property

The Wonder Doodle app, its design, characters, and branding are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its assets without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
